The shower head was broken, and housekeeping seemed disinterested—one couple even found a different pair in their room. On top of that, the smart TV only featured a handful of English channels, and despite being a Hilton, it lacked basic amenities like fresh juices at breakfast. Room storage felt cramped, and the unexpected €8 parking fee was unnecessary considering the rate of the room. it felt like the hotel missed meeting even basic expectations for Hilton standards.

The breakfast was absolutely stellar with a spread that blew me away—definitely 5-star worthy! The staff were super friendly and the King Room was a dream, spacious and comfy. It's a great spot to unwind after exploring the local cheese scene.
The lady at check-in seemed a bit stressed, and the room lacked complimentary water which was surprising. Plus, I had a knock at 9:30 AM for cleaning despite asking them not to come in—super awkward.

The King Room was spacious and modern with really comfy bedding and thoughtful amenities like USB charging ports. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay.
